Subprocessors and service providers

Medirove uses service providers to operate the website, mobile app, authentication, AI-assisted summaries, email, billing, analytics, ads, and security. Providers may change as the service evolves. This page summarizes the main categories and known launch choices used or supported by the current Medirove stack.

Provider categories

• AWS for hosting, database, storage, and application infrastructure in ap-south-1 Mumbai or another India region.
• Google and Apple sign-in for supported account login.
• OpenRouter or configured AI/model providers for summaries, embeddings, report chat, and extraction.
• Google services, including Tag Manager, AdSense, and Google Places where enabled.
• Resend or configured email providers for transactional, sharing, and newsletter emails.
• Stripe or configured payment providers for billing and paid upgrades where enabled.
• Security, logging, diagnostics, and support providers where enabled.

Health data restrictions

Service providers that process health data should process it only for Medirove's documented purposes, protect it through appropriate safeguards, support deletion where applicable, and avoid advertising use or general AI model training unless explicitly reviewed and consented.

International processing

Core hosting and storage are intended for AWS India regions. Identity, AI, email, payment, analytics, advertising, support, and security providers may process data in India, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Medirove uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for sensitive health data.
