How Medirove asks to process health data

Medirove processes medical reports and related health information only for the features users choose, such as report storage, organization, AI-assisted summaries, report chat, and doctor-visit preparation.

Report upload consent

Before uploading medical reports, users should consent to Medirove processing those reports to store them, organize them by family member, extract key details, generate summaries, and support report chat.

AI summary and report chat consent

Before AI summary or report chat features are used, users should understand that Medirove may send report content, extracted text, prompts, and context to AI systems. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed with original reports and a qualified healthcare professional.

Family member authorization

Users may create a health workspace for another person only if they have permission or legal authority to manage that person's records. For adult family members, users should confirm they have permission or legal authority.

Children's records

Children's health data requires parent or lawful guardian consent. If a user creates a child profile, the user must be the child's parent or lawful guardian or must otherwise have legal authority to manage the child's records.

Sharing consent

When users share a report or summary outside Medirove, they should choose recipients carefully. Once health information is shared outside Medirove, the recipient's handling of that information may be outside Medirove's control.

Withdrawal and deletion

Users may withdraw consent or request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and Account and Data Deletion page. Withdrawing consent may limit or disable features that require the related processing.
